Third Hand is a bicycle cooperative in Columbus, Ohio: a volunteer run, non-profit, community oriented workshop where you can come to learn about bikes, fix your bike, obtain a bike, meet fellow cyclists, volunteer, donate unwanted stuff, and have fun. They offer bikes and parts at a low cost and help you learn to fix bikes!
The first Monday of every month, there is a 2 hour session covering organizational history and structure, tour of the building, and some basic hands-on training. Once completing this training you gain access to volunteer nights, where you can work on your bike or help THBC work on bikes they have.
